My experience with Triumph Roofing was in a word. Phenomenal!!! The company made a cold call to house informing me they thought they could visibly see roof damage from the ground. I was a bit incredulous initially but after a thorough explanation of the damage they found after physical examination of roof I was a bit more comfortable moving forward. The owner Yuriy was very personable and knowledgeable about the home owners insurance process. I never got the feel of an upsell or were there any pressure tactics. The entire process went without a hitch with insurance company. We scheduled roof replacement which was initially projected as a 2 day job. I gotta say the Triumph company exceeded expectations and finished in one day!!!. They arrived exactly at the time I was told. I had to leave town during time of replacement but Yuriy kept me updated with pictures and progress the entire day until job was finished. Clean up was spectacular. When I returned home I couldn’t tell an entire roof was removed and replaced. Very simple process throughout. I highly recommend Triumph roofing. When you make decision to give them your business tell them I sent you.
